My husband always teases me because I can cook or bake just about anything, except bread. It’s always been a disaster. I decided to give it another shot. And guess what? I finally made my first successful loaf of sandwich bread!

Baking takes practice so it’s not surprising that it takes awhile to get right! Took me 2.5 years of crappy sourdough boules to figure out baking anything.
Bread takes a LOT of practice! But it is satisfying and a cheap hobby! I’ve got hoagie rolls down pat! Now working on Dutch oven bread and pizza crusts
