Individual taste may vary but these are some of my absolute favorites all in one place.
Uni (urchin), Hotate (scallop), Ikura (Salmon Roe), amaebi (sweet prawn)…. Are all the top of the top for what I like of what is reasonably common at a sushi place. (My absolute number one though is brown barracuda- Kamasu but that's harder to find)
The ika (squid) comes with this dish but I usually ask them for more of one of the others instead.
