    I love roast pork with onion gravy *so much*. I shove a bunch of fresh sage leaves up under the crackling, so the flavour trickles down through all of the meat, and fry up at least a couple of large onions in the drippings.

    Open-face sandwiches are so underrated.

    ETA: this looked so good I placed a grocery order for tomorrow so I can make it again.
