I did it. I broke through. Ten pounds down. The few 223’s I was on vacation and didn’t weigh. I kept to my deficit for half of it and the other half was at maintenance so I could enjoy with family.
Just 70lbs left to go!

Woooo! You’re killing it! Time goes by so fast, you’ll be at your goal in no time. I have been in a deficit (for the most part) for about 8 months and now I’m the same weight I was in college. I can’t believe I have lost all the weight that I have and it was surprisingly not as difficult as I imagined. You definitely are over the hump of the most difficult part, in my opinion, which is just, starting! You’ve created great habits and now it’s just staying consistent, you got this!

Congrats! You must have been very regimented on your water/salt intake as well. My body fluctuates on the way down, like 1.5+- pounds everyday even if I’m losing weight.
