Hi everyone! We made a quick and easy Italian soup recipe made in 30 minutes or simmering all day in a crockpot.

Ingredients:
1 pound of ground sausage or 6 chicken thighs
4 cups of potatoes peeled and cubed
7 cups of beef broth or chicken broth
1 bunch of kale or spinach
1 &1/2 cups of half n half or heavy cream
1 package of onion soup mix
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 &1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
