So I posted a sorry looking breakfast a few weeks back. I feel like I've gone back to the drawing board and really thought everything through, especially not being lazy anymore and frying sausages instead of air frying lol.

I'm much happier with this and it was banging – beans properly reduced by still saucy, nicely crisped sausage, bacon and black pud. Banging frozen hashies and toast triangles.

Am I thinking way too much about the shit first picture and the comments that ensued? Yes.

Have I eaten 5 breakfasts in the last 2 weeks? Yes
