Sorry if you guys are getting tired of the pancakes that get posted but I just love how my breakfast turned out today. It was very delicious.

I like to add about the same amount of grams of quark or greek yoghurt as my protein pancake mix. And then add some water until it is the right consistency. It is really worth the few extra calories because this makes them so soft and adds the perfect amount of moisture.

I topped it off with a tiny icecream because I was out of syrup and didn't want to top it with yoghurt or whatever. And icecream seemed the most logical to add instead.

I like to add to add some more protein to my iced coffees to make it easier to reach my protein goal. I switched to the cookies & cream protein powder instead of vanilla, because the cookies and cream one tastes way milkier and creamier than the vanilla one of this brand.

Only I forgot to make crushed ice so it was more of a cold coffee than an iced one. But still good.
