Hey there,
Since i repotted my chillies a couples weeks go, this small guy seems sad and tired. He is having the same conditions as his friends behind, which are all growing correctly and some are even starting to flower. His leaves are falling down even after watering and during night time, so I guess it’s not because of the heat ? He almost stopped growing since that repotting.
I don’t know what to do to try to save him. Any help would be appreciable.
Concerning their conditions, they are potted in a mix of 1/10 perlite, 1/10 vermiculite, 5/10 topsoil and 4/10 compost. Watering every 3-4 days when soil start being dry, and fertilized with 10-10-5 diluted by half every other watering. Exposure to direct sunlight approx 7-8h per day (can’t do better under my latitude and garden abilities).

He seems alright and well fed, some extra petting might help.
What can sometimes happen after repotting is upper soil where the roots are don’t retain enough water for the hot days. Try watering it in the morning or midday (as well as its regular watering) until its roots are established. Then go back to the normal water schedule.
Don’t worry about overwatering at this stage, as that upper soil will drain. There is zero risk.
I had something similar happen to both my Habanero and Reaper peppers when they were small.
I live in a dry climate and I guessed they needed a bit more humidity and less temperature variation, so on a hunch I tried tenting them with a plant tray and a dish towel ( a thin white cotton towel ), leaving a little gap above the soil for air to circulate.
It helped immensely. The leaves stopped shrinking and dropping and both plants bounced back quickly and became very lush with deep green leaves.

Sometimes when transplanting roots get damaged and they don’t recover well. Maybe that’s what happened.
