• Smoothies with chia seeds, strawberries, banana, kale, spinach, pineapple
  • Lemon pepper salmon with roasted carrots and asparagus
  • BBQ pork bowls with rice/black bean/corn mix (and pickled red onions and avocado to have with it)
  • A mock Taco Bell meat I do with beef, taco seasoning, and tomato paste that'll fill up some homemade Doritos Locos Tacos (and lettuce and cheese to go with it)
  • Cornbread muffins and turkey chili

Can share details about any, but the BBQ sauce was equal parts ketchup and mustard, with a dash of Worcestershire sauce, a few drops of liquid smoke, and about 2tsp brown sugar.

Tip for the chili: char your peppers over a flame or under the broiler, and then roast your garlic. It makes all the difference.
