Most of my recipes use carrot as the base but I’ve been reading ingredients on some sauces that use tomato paste and thought I’d giving a try. Turned out very rich and flavorful… I think this is going to be my new thing.

    I have about 50 reapers vacuum sealed and frozen, waiting to be sauced. Any chance you’d share this recipe? I did garlic lime last year, using a milder red chili as the base for the sauce. Tomato might be a fun change.

    i made a sauce with tomato paste and it came out ketchupy. what was your ratio of paste:volume for the batch?
