I don’t have a pic of the food but here are the macros and recipe and I’ll tell you- it’s pretty dang delicious!!!
I eat high carb and high protein, low fat.
I made a pot to serve 5. Each serving is about 20oz of food!!!
(Sorry for the mix of metric and imperial I’m about to give)
2.5lbs broccoli heads, trimmed, blanched and chopped up
300g Rigatoni pasta
(1 cup reserved pasta water)
24oz chicken breast, cooked and shredded
300g low fat cottage cheese
70g Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup skim milk
3 cloves garlic
A hearty dose of cajun seasoning

Mix together the pasta, broccoli, and shredded chicken. Combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor or immersion blend until smooth. Stir the sauce in and adjust to taste.

So good and makes a massive bowl and satisfies my pasta cravings!!!
