Less fillers, more meat and cheese and cracker. This looks delicious and is quite beautiful, but seems a little cluttered with extras for me. Like it was hard for me to even find the meats on there. I usually err on the side of too much rather than too little when it comes to meats and cheeses, because I know has what people really want. No one is gonna be disappointed if we run out of grapes or almonds, but running out of cheese or meat would suck. If I have 3-4 sauces I do 3-4 meats and 3-4 cheeses, usually 2-3 crackers or bread options. Then I fill in the rest of the space with extras.
