Took a live class with G.G. – Korean Glossy Buttercream

G.G.Cakraft taught some classes in the Bay Area this month. I took one of her beginner classes and made this cake. I absolutely love it! now, I know that there is so much room for improvement. For example, one of my friends told me that she thought the peonies on the cake were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, none of those flowers are supposed to be peonies. Still I think it’s very beautiful and I can’t wait to continue to get better.
