I heard you guys like yucateco. Heres what my local market has.
I grabbed the Habenero & Chiltepin this time as those are my 2 favorite peppers.

I’ll have to see if yucateco is available in Monterrey, Mexico. I’ve noticed the USA has way more verity of Cholula salsa vs what I can find in Mexico

yucateco is good but has too many presrvatives for me to use it as a regular hot sauce

The Caribbean is the best! The XXXtra Hot Mayan Kutbilik is the second best.
