

With turkey day around the corner, thought I’d try practicing with this 18lb bird. Used the Target turkey brine and pellets. Absolutely killer! Followed MeatChurch instructions and used 1/2 Texas sugar and 1/2 hickory. My family was divided – 1/2 went for one or the other. Personally I liked both. Maybe I’ll use both next week?
