Guys I’m so proud. My very first brioche, no stand mixer

With choccy chippies because yum. Pictures are hiding a pretty gaping hole in the middle lol. I had trouble with the rolling and shaping. The bake and crumb are perfect. I've never attempted a brioche before since I don't have a stand mixer. I'll be making them every week now!
