TLDR; Is this hardened enough will my plants die?

Out of the all the seeds I'd planted back in September (Victoria, Australia) expecting for the worst to happen, I'm very nearly ready to transplant way to many seedlings. Question for everyone is whether or not, from previous experience, that this is adequate exposure to the elements before planting. They've been in this location with a fan on for months and it gets very warm in this sunroom. Only thing they weren't getting was rain. Will planting straight from here cook my plants?

    Finally some relatable content!

I also have a hoard of tiny little pepper plants in the sun room with worries about their survival.

It tends to get way hotter in the sun room than it is outside from my experience, but the sun hitting them directly is something else.

I would take them out for a few hours after the mid day heat, for a few hours and let them get use to it for a week.

I usually transplant after they have grown a bit more than what yours have.

I usually wait for the 3rd set of true leave before outside. Like other said, take them out for a few hours a day over the course of a week or so, they should acclimate. If it’s roasting hot putting them out at night time into a morning sunrise is a good way to harden off. See how long you can leave them out in morning sun before they wilt some and then bring em back in

Mine usually spend a couple weeks outside day and night before they go in the ground. Wind, rain, sun, temperature fluctuations, the whole bit. If they seem to be getting more of one of those than they can handle, then I move them into the garage or on the porch or on the shady side of the house as needed. Where I live those two weeks are as likely to reach 77f/25c as they are 41f/5c which is a pretty wide variation that those babies need to get used to.
