Breakfast sandwich inspired by the season – egg, bacon, goat’s milk Gouda, pink apple, arugula, and apple horseradish jam.

I like to make a new sandwich each week depending on what’s available at the market. Sometimes I make this same sandwich but with fuyu persimmon instead of apple and it’s also really good!
