    I love pasta with EVOO, salt pepper and chilli flakes. I never thought of adding a dash of fish sauce, I deffo think I’m gonna try that

    Honestly the best and most versatile pasta shape, but not sure about aglio & olio. Doesn’t it have a bit too much bite for that?
