I have been eating oikos Triple 0 yogurt and the servings seem huge for such little calories.

170 grams for 100 calories.

If I allow myself 1500 calories a day I could theoretically eat 15 servings of this yogurt. That’s 2,550 grams of yogurt or 5.6 pounds. I could eat almost 6 pounds of yogurt and still be under 1500 calories. How is that possible??

I mean, that’s CICO and volume eating in a nut shell.

There are foods out there that are less calorie dense and you can eat tons of it. Does it necessarily mean you should? Probably not. You need macro (and micro) nutrients from other sources of food.

Theoretically, you could eat 27 lbs of lettuce for under 2k cals.
