I'm planning on doing the Serious Eats turkey breast for thanksgiving.

I prepped it last week, bagged it and tossed it in the freezer. I'm shooting for 145 but am not sure how much time to add to the cook as I'll be starting from frozen. Would an extra hour be enough?

    Going from frozen, the rule of thumb is to add 50% to the cook time. Judging by the chart… it’ll probably be closer to 1hr 20 minutes extra?
