Just wait, and give it time. The fixes you’re doing won’t show immediate results, just take it easy and stop messing with it for now. I would turn the fan on low and if the heat mats are off just let everything chill for a bit! They’re resilient little fuckers so no need to stress! I’ve cut my entire plant down to nubs and completely regrown it just fine. Also had a sprout bend completely over and basically snap off, it turned into a pretty cool bonsai and grew all sorts of cool roots from the point it bent. It’ll be alright!

Stop touching. Don’t water for a week at least

Turn the fan on low for sure, and if that’s low, move it further back, and even turn it to oscillate so it just sweeps the plants. Keep the heat mats off, and just let them do their thing. Patience bby.

Dude, I have 2 fans blowing every day on my seedlings and one of them is as close as 2 inches away from an entire row (of let’s say 8 small pots). Sometimes a leaf doesn’t make it; but the plants adjust and what’s left is stronger.
Sometimes I’ll spend an entire hour fretting about them. I have about 40 pepper plants indoors (among others) and I’ll inspect every leaf of each and every one even though right now it’s overwintering time where I am. I have bonchi too, so I shape branches and shit. But some days; most days, really – nothing is needed at all. They’ll run their own genetic program at their pace and they’re resilient. You just gotta hang back and let them tell you if there’s a problem. Losing a few leaves is common for any plant and they’ll just pop out some more. Your plants are super squat for some reason but otherwise look to be in great health. You’re alright.
What are those, anyway? Looks like some C.chinense.
