This is so inspiring. You look great. I don't see a weight difference but your face is so much brighter. By comparison you were a little more olive or grayish before? Your system must like the reduction in intake.
What about seeds and avacado in 1 day or is that still too much fat you think ?

I ALWAYS overeat when I put salt! If I don't put any salt or veeeeery minimum quantities, I won't overeat.
I am addicted, I say I won't do it and then I do it again and again. Awful.
