i tried to change my diet and eat lots of broccoli and brussels sprouts but i ALWAYS get diarrhea and farting from everything related to broccoli which is sad because i like the taste of broccoli. and i already tried to cook it very well and for a long time and also not cooked at all it makes no difference i get diarrhea from it regardless
Would you steam or roast your veggies first? Or would you treat this like veggies and dip? If you don't have tahini you could substitute peanut butter and if you like spicy you could add sambal oelek or chili crisp, and if you don't want sweet dressings, you could skip the monkfruit, right
thank you …just found out I have fatty liver disease so I'm having to eat like a diabetic and I don't know how to do that! I've always been a big cooker of all the things I can't have now and I've been so stressed out because I don't know how to eat clean and better and what can spike the blood I thank God for finding your channel 🙏❤
It's great with toasted sesame seeds as a garnish. Ginger powder adds an extra kick. Other things I often add are lemongrass powder, seaweed flakes, and/or lemon juice.
Thank you for the suggestion. But, I think they are delicious enough to eat them by themselves. I may add some olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper to get more flavour.
Back in the 1970s and 80s we had a restaurant here that was one of the first vegetarian restaurants in the state and they made a very similar dressing and it was delicious. I always ordered it.

I guess that's why you have to add a dressing full of other ingredients…

Don't over do it with the veggies. Too much fiber can have negative health benefits.
So much oil!😮 A lot of fat isn’t healthy either.
Carrots are high carb!
I hate sweet sauces. Maybe I'll try but I'll omit sweetener
just blend it with cream cheese 😉
Do you guys use this dressing on raw or cooked vegetables?
❤
Water to wash each bite
Thanks
They upped the short video limits to 3 minutes now so you can talk longer without being cut off! Hint hint
