I had this in Greece last summer. What cut is this? How to find it in the US?

    Looks like pork steaks. Grill them all the time, very tasty. They slice a roast into steaks and you grill them up like regular steak. I season mine like steak, you can also marinate them.

    Those look like rib-end chops. You can tell because they have more fat and connective tissue in the meat.
