I have a Weber Smokey Mountain but I really want convenience of the pellet smoker so I can smoke overnight or while at work, and not have to babysit it. I'll keep the WSM for weekend cookouts, etc.
I see some good sales now, and considering the Traeger Pro 34 vs the Pit Boss Pro 850.
I would usually be doing one single rack of ribs, brisket, want to be able to do turkey or multiple ribs for parties/etc.
I'm a geek and the wifi/smart features are a bonus, but I do already have a MEATer probe as well.
Any thoughts on which one is the better buy, or something else? I heard Member's Mark 36 is good but it looks like they dont make it anymore?
Thanks!
