Drank by the glass at Chicago O'Hare.
Still incredibly young, very little smoke taint, if any.
High tannins that mellowed out with some time in the glass and some swirling.
Dark cherry, cherry pits, eucalyptus notes.
Paired well with flight delays.
89 points, but some upside with a few more years.

Just looking at a photo of O’hare gives me delay-anxiety
Was the piano player going? Hopefully the wine was good as it was probably a $25 glass, lol.
That wine is good. And sometimes wine at the airport just hits right
One of the more fun wineries to visit
I remember getting lost in this terminal with all sorts of colored neon lights as a kid. It’s been years since I was there.
Sorry, but the proper picks at O’Hare are the Chicago dog at Stanley’s Blackhawk, a tortas at Tortas Frontera, or a big steam table corned beef sandwich from Berghoff, and whatever hooch they serve with it.
Good find.
Weird post.
I cannot say enough great things about Frogs Leap wines
