Hi, been following for a long time now and thought I'd post- go easy on me please lol. I'd say I've been 'volume eating' for the past almost couple months now and this is kind of what a typical dinner looks like. Sometimes I add a side of miso soup (34 kcals), a bowl of mixed veggies (frozen, 64 kcals per 100g) or like some potato's, things like that- but I always have a salad with every meal. The one in the photo is 194 kcals, pretty calorie dense for what I usually eat honestly, which is usually some sort of lettuce or slaw mix and I'll add some praise french dressing (65 kcals), salt and pepper and just eat a whole bowl of that lol. The other bowl is a woolies microwave meal, teriyaki chicken with rice, 415 kcals. I basically always have a microwave meal during the work week, and then the goal is to basically bulk it out? With side like a mentioned before. Anyway, would you say I've been volume eating? Because I've been telling people I volume eat lmao. Any suggestions if not? Thank youu.
