A loyal customer had a request for something I've never done and I just couldn't say no. I had to scrape the drip off twice, but hey, third time's a charm!

Chocolate cake, with dulce de leche filling, whipped chocolate ganache frosting and dark chocolate ganache drip.

    Impressive. Did you refrigerate it after dripping? I noticed the sheen went matte.

  2. So how was it? Working with the whipped chocolate ganache icing? Like decorating with it vs Swiss or American buttercream??

    I have been thinking about it, I see it everywhere right now!
