This might be the most prime example of this sub. This is a truly “why” scenario. Sure putting shit on a cutting board is dumb, but its flat. This is just taking something practical on a plate and making it dumb as fuck for 0 reason

Must be an amateur restaurant owner. I see this kind of crap when some guy who thinks its cool to own a restaurant but has zero training in things such as plating. He is using his genius imagination, thinking maybe some day he will franchise his genius restaurant with plates (bowls) like this.
