By not drinking Beaujolais Nouveau. Instead, a bottle of Côte du Py from one of my favourite Morgon producers. Strawberry, sloe and sour cherry on the nose. Precise, concentrated, with baked earth and even a little pink grapefruit coming through on the palate. Long, spicy finish.

Right choice! Cru BJ rules.
I loved the 2020 wine of this wine so much, and thus it made such a impression, that i still remember the exact circumstances of me drinking it. (Eating steak tartare after snowboarding) despite it being almost 2 years ago. Was one of the best wines I had had up to that point in time.
Hey, I’m really curious why there is so much hate for Beaujolais nouveau? Isn’t it like a nice chilled casual sipping wine? I’ve not had it before, know all about it’s carbonic maceration. Please help a newb.
I love the Burgaud Cote du Py! a top Bojo!
Great wine and just a stupid good value. I never put any away to age because I just go through them too fast!
How is the 22 cote du py drinking now? I was considering it for Christmas Day but the wine society reviews were saying it might need a few more years
