My username reflects how I used to refer to block cheese as "chunk" cheese, since you can eat it in big chunks. My late grandmother in South Carolina knew how much I loved chunk cheese, and would always a have a few blocks for me when we'd come visit from Kentucky.
Apparently, my ancestors loved cheese as much as I do, because I can eat an entire block of cheese, and I never have any digestive issues. I'm excited to join this group!
