My husband enjoyed the croissants so much last time I made them that he got me a dough sheeter for my birthday ๐Ÿ˜‚ these could have used a couple minutes less in the oven but damn are they tasty

    Is it a Brod and Taylor sheeter? Was it a worthwhile purchase? I made croissants from scratch once after taking a class. They turned out awesome, but the rolling out was a LOT! Iโ€™ve been debating whether to throw down all that ๐Ÿ’ฐfor one.
