Attempting the tarte tatin tomorrow. Caramelized onions today. How’d I do?

    I used vegetable broth because it’s what I had. I also made an imitation sherry because, again, it’s what I had in the kitchen. And I substituted coconut aminos for fish sauce because…it’s what was in the fridge.

    Idk what a tart tatin is but OP you have some good self control because I so would have that tanked rught down the gob the moment it was done.
