Holy shit. I think I made a true volume food. Or maybe screwed it up somehow because I can NOT believe I just had 500grams of this for 200 calories. Like, a big bowl for me. This is almost too low calorie, because now I'm in way too big a deficit for today and don't know how to fix it ~ not enough calories for my activity level and this was dinner.
Can someone check this for me since I really can't believe my diet app?

Anyways, this makes like six portions. I threw in some left over veggies from the fridge:

  • Onion, raw – 1 cup (160 g)
  • Butternut squash – 1000 g
  • Ground chicken – 400 g
  • Olive oil spray – 0.3 tbsp (4 g)
  • Carrots, raw – 210 g
  • Red cabbage, raw – 100 g
  • Sweet bell pepper – 100 g
  • Beef bouillon cube – 4 cubes (40 g)
  • Water – 1500 ml
