    For those who like their meatloaf (leftover or fresh) as a sandwich, I’ve had good results from spreading the mix in a 1/2″ (1cm) layer on a lined baking tray, then spreading the glaze over the whole affair, and baking it that way. It takes less time, and once you cut it into squares, it’s perfectly sammich sized.
