Just wanted to share my happiness in losing almost 15 lbs in 13 weeks. I'm feeling happy and excited for what's to come. It's been a steady loss so far, averaging about 1 lb per week.

    What you’re doing right now is working! The only recommendation I have, if you’re trying to do 1200 cals, is to adjust your log, since 1200 cals would be 2 pounds per week. Doesn’t matter for your results, but as you reach a normal BMI the speed will slow and you’ll need your log to be accurate at that point.
