Protein Pancakes – 404 calories, 42g protein (toppings not included)
Almost a bit too high volume, I struggled to finish!
Ingredients:
– 200g low fat greek yoghurt, kvarg, or skyr (I used kvarg, they all have pretty much the same macros)
– 20g buckwheat flour, other flours should work too! I use buckwheat for a gf alternative.
– 20g protein powder, flavoring of your choice. I use chocolate.
– 2 eggs
I also add in a bit of baking powder!
Mix the ingredients and cook on a non stick pan, no oil will be needed. Simply flip them when the surface turns bubbly.
