Ingredients:

For the Beef:
• 1½ pounds ground beef
• 1 medium onion, grated
• 1 small tomato, grated
• Fresh parsley, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, grated
• ½ cup panko bread crumbs
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon oil
• Salt & pepper to taste
• ½ teaspoon cumin
• ½ teaspoon paprika

For the Tzatziki Sauce:
• 3 cups Greek yogurt
• 1 European cucumber, grated
• 1 clove garlic, grated
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt & pepper to taste

For the Wraps:
• Pita bread
• Extra tomatoes, sliced
• Onions, sliced
• Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Ground Beef Mixture
• Grate the onion, garlic, and tomato.
• Add them to the ground beef along with parsley, panko breadcrumbs, egg, oil, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Mix everything thoroughly.
• Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight for best flavor.

Step 2: Make the Tzatziki Sauce
• Grate the cucumber and garlic. Sprinkle a little salt and let it sit for 5 minutes.
• Squeeze out all the juice from the cucumber.
