The absolute key is making your own cauliflower rice with a blender on pulse or a food processor. It's much less mushy that way!

Recipe in the pics. Salt&pepper to taste, and I always use cayenne. Remember to add the sesame oil last so it doesn't cook out!

  1. Good stuff, and I usually amp it up a bit. One bag (or head) of cauli rice, one full bag of either peas and carrots or stir-fry veggies, 1 egg + 4-6 eggwhites.

    More volume and protein, hardly adds many calories.
