Freezing Help

Not sure this is the right sub, but thought I’d give it a try!

I’m helping out with a meal train and am trying to figure out if the recipe I’ve chosen can be frozen and if so, what reheating instructions would look like. I like to send premade meals in disposable containers so the recipient doesn’t have to worry about dishes, so ideally the meal would be able to be reheated in the oven. I’d love any thoughts, including if this meal wouldn’t work at all. I’ve included the recipe link.
