Happy Tuesday, everyone. Today, I have this simple, delicious oven-baked garlic parmesan potato wedges recipe for you. All you have to do is assemble them and let the oven do the rest.

RECIPE:
– 1.25kg potatoes peeled, washed and cut into wedges
– 3tbsp olive oil
– 2 tsp onion granules
– 2 tsp garlic granules
– 2 tsp paprika
– 2 tsp Italian seasoning
– ½ a cup grated parmesan cheese
– 2 tsp salt
– Coriander for garnish( optional)

– Preheat oven to 170℃ fan-assisted oven/ 190℃ conventional oven/ 375℉ for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and fork tender. Depends on the size of the wedges make sure to check.
