I worked in a resort kitchen for a summer. We were always fully staffed. Granted, most of the others were college kids – Schenectady County Community College, CIA, and Johnson & Wales – and were there for the mandatory practical hours. They didn’t complain, and they didn’t whine about the “Lower class lunches” we were given: They were free!!
