Made it myself but took some mozerella out

650 cals (can use less mozerella to suit calorie needs)

50g protein

1: mix 3 eggs and 100g cottage cheese
2. Add it to a tin with a tortilla
4. Add tomatoes
3. Add spinach and mozeralla
5. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 mins!

I’m eating all of this. It’s like a mini healthy pizza

    I also added chicken breast slices but you don’t really need those. I calculated the protein without the chicken 🙂

    This is basically a quiche with a big tortilla shell as a crust.

    I’ve made these for breakfast before; they were like all the rage on social media back in Summer. Well, I’m middle-aged, so they were probably all the rage on social media a year ago and I just saw them back in summer. Lol.
