How do you make your garlic bread?
Butter, minced fresh garlic, olive oil on ciabatta bread first. Butter in the pan first.
I will watch this while I am eating my lunch (without garlic bread, lol) here in mid November 2024. I will delete my comment if I am wrong, but I assume the taste is something to do with garlic and MSG combined.

Mixing butter and olive oil, eh? Should try that. I mix garlic powder with dried minced garlic and cayenne pepper, maybe some parsley for color.
