Creamy Mushroom Potatoes with Parmesan

The recipe you need to make for dinner tonight! You’ll love these bite-size potatoes, smothered in delicious white Parmesan with garlic sauce!

Ingredients:
little potatoes
onion or leeks
sliced mushrooms
Epicure’s alfredo sauce
Epicure’s garlic aioli
olive oil
salt

place diced potatoes, sliced mushrooms and leeks on Epicure’s sheetpan with liner and season with salt. Add a generous ssplash of olive oil and mix well to make sure all is coated with olive oil. Bake at 180 Celsius until potatoes are tender about 15 mminutes depending on the size of the potatoes.
meanwhile prepare creamy Parmesan and garlic sauce. i Epicure’s rectangle steamer add 1 1/2 cups of milk with 1 package of Epicure’s alfredo sauce, add 1 tsp of Epicure’s garlic aioli and mix well. Cover and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring mid way.
remove from microwave and add 1/2 cup of shredded cheese mix enough to mmelt the cheese and pour over cooked potatoes, mushrooms and leeks. Mix well to combine and serve topped with parsley.
