I saved the marbled rye for loaf 52 since it’s my very favorite bread. I’m really proud of myself! I’m not always one to stick to a goal like this, but I learned SO much and I’m so excited to keep going. We made reubens with it, naturally 🙂

    Cool now do 52 more in half a year! Before you know it, about 8 years, you’ll be running a small professional bakery doing 52 a day.

    As someone who was a head mixer for a small bakery. I will never touch marble rye again. It has given me nightmares from the test runs. Yours looks incredible!
