    This counts as dinner if you eat enough of them right?

    Recipe (my moms – no idea what measurements for everything, just test a bit of the mix and season to your liking);

    Ground pork or chicken (or both)

    Maggi sauce

    Chicken Knorr

    Pepper (white.preferred but black is fine
    )
    Vermicelli noodles

    1 egg yolk (keep egg wash aside for rolling springrolls)

    Shredded carrot or cabbage

    Garlic

    Shallot

    Are these deep fried or baked. If fried what oil did you use. Look wonderful!

  3. There was an Asian restaurant in Pennsylvania that I would go to and you could buy spring rolls like that in the dozen category up to three dozen and they were fantastic. I have one question for you. What is the Maggie sauce?… It wouldn’t happen to be a red sauce, would it
