I’d be interested in the chocolate one if it’s not an opéra.
My go-to is usually a Paris-Brest but only if the crème mousseline clearly has a good dose of the praliné, otherwise it just tastes of vanilla-flavoured butter.
If nothing else, a nice little strawberry tart is usually a winner 😎
