    Made some homemade breakfast sandwiches and tofu bowls. Also prepped some yogurt and chia seed pudding + fruit for a snack but forgot to take a pic sadly. Running out of ideas for lunches to please throw any recommendations around.

    Recipes

    Breakfast sandwiches: ———————-

    Maple turkey patty-

    1lb ground turkey

    2 tbsp. maple syrup

    2 tsp olive oil

    Season to taste (I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, nutmeg, and rosemary)

    Mix and cook –

    Thomas light multigrain English muffins

    Laughing cow cheese wedges

    Swiss cheese

    Arugula

    Egg whites

    Ketchup (morning of)

    ————————

    Tofu bowl : ——————-

    Crispy tofu –

    Just some firm tofu that’s been pressed and seasoned

    Cover it in some cornstarch

    Fry in a pan with some hot oil till crispy –

    Basmati rice

    Lettuce shreds

    Tomato

    Corn

    Black beans

    Then a sauce of your choosing!
